Main responsibilities
- Strong analytical & excel skills – formulas: logical, statistical, financials, database & pivot table (VLOOKUP, SUM & COUNTIFS, DATA FILTERS etc).
- Excel skills up to VBA strong advantage
- Producing on a daily basis ad-hoc analysis reports using excel from data extracted from Company’s system (mainly MT4 & MT5 & accounting system)
- Providing technical support in areas relating to financial instruments, major news, margin & P&L
- Monitoring Company’s exposure adheres to the limits set by the Risk Committee
- Assisting Chief Dealer:

- quoting, confirming & transmitting client trades in line with company’s policies & procedures
- ensuring clients have access to up-to-date market & pricing information & data
- keeping up-to-date with market information & monitoring trends in all major trading symbols offered by the Company
- providing an overview of all relevant market activity to colleagues in the dealing room & management
- updating & supporting colleagues from other departments
- identify areas for improvement & suggest solutions
Job Requirements
- Young & dynamic recent university graduate with numerical degree
- Up to one year relevant experience in a Forex company
- Knowledge of MT4 trading platform or similar platforms
- Aspires to make a career & develop to become experience to senior dealer over time
- Good personality with strong desire to learn & self- development & commitment to success
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & work under pressure
- Strong work ethics to meet regulatory requirements & management expectations

- Excellent English – both spoken & written
Qualifications
- Numerical university degree
- Holder of a CySEC related qualification or other qualification, such as the Securities & Investment Institute, would be considered as advantageous but not a must

- Ensuring clients have access to up-to-date market pricing information & data
- Monitoring, analysing & reporting clients’ trading behaviour, patterns & performance
- Producing regular & ad-hoc excel based reports, including analysing data
- Obtaining pricing from liquidity providers & execute client trades
- Interact with clients & providing technical support in areas relating to trading execution

- Work consultatively & in close coordination with the respective Group offices

Main responsibilities
- Responsible for all activities related to account opening and record keeping
- Responsible for booking treasury transactions in a timely and efficient manner as well as operational activities related to deposits, withdrawals, inter accounts and credits
- Responsible for handling customers’ questions and enquiries
- Understands and applies the work processes related to account opening and customer care
- Prepares periodic reports for the management, such as: promotional bonus satisfaction report, credit report, rebates report, summary report, closed trades reports, total deposits and withdrawals for specific groups
- Collaborates with other departments
- Ensures all data and information is completed and updated in a timely manner
- Calculates Client’s Rebates/ Commissions on monthly basis
- Opens new groups based on signed deals with referrals/IBs and links their agreed on rebates conditions to rebate system
- Filing of all kinds of back office related documents; operational or customer related
- Process documentation
